Job DescriptionThe primary purpose of this role is to deliver best in class customer activations in the Ukrainian market in line with the annual Market activation plan as well as Cluster & Regional priorities and archetypes.Customer responsibility based on Strategic Customer Matrix which will require an in-depth understanding of the Customers in scope and a high degree of cooperation with the Sales team - KAM & Channel Head.The role will also require a high degree of collaboration across Market (Sales), Cluster (MS&D, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance) and Regional Marketing (ETMs) roles.Managing in the most efficient way Consumer Promotions budget for Activations & Customers in the area of responsibility.What are we looking for?University degree or equivalent experienceEnglish language proficiencyAbility to analyze and interpret internal and external dataMin. 1,5 year experience in a Demand or Sales roleKnowledge of the Ukrainian retail landscapeProven ability to deliver results across multiple prioritiesWhat will be your key responsibilities?Deploying and executing the national activation plan.Executing consumer mechanics in market / Customer as part of toolkit localization responsibility.Localization of toolkit and translation of the materials.Responsible for PAR on EBAs (with input from other functions).
