We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.That's where you come in.As a Market Community Lead Thailand, VALORANT, you will work with the Player Community team to help execute campaigns, support efforts, and roll-out projects that support the VALORANT community in Thailand. Additionally, you'll manage the localization and publishing of direct-to-player communications, including social platforms, and content for players. You'll uphold best practices, including Player-First communication standards, working within Riot's social ecosystem to contribute to thoughtful content. You will work with a team of player experts in Community (across social, influencer, PR and events), executing playbooks and strategy to grow and nurture a healthy community for VALORANT in Thailand.This role reports to the Regional Publishing Product Lead, VALORANT APAC.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate across Brand, Creative, Editorial, Influencer, Social and PR teams to champion player-first ideas and help build campaigns and strategies that support goals at the global and local levelWith oversight from the Publishing Lead, assist with the creation and execution of the communication strategy for VALORANT players, including through social platforms, while serving as a forward-facing advocate and contact for the community of players in ThailandPartner with the VALORANT global Publishing team to escalate player needs and provide visibility into specific behaviors and trendsServe as the voice of players to global Publishing teams throughout campaign marketing and live service operationsProvide insights and recommendations directly to the VALORANT Global Community Lead to support meaningful engagement with players and strengthen Thailand’s VALORANT communityRequired Qualifications3+ years' experience working in and managing online communities - including social media, digital marketing, and influencer strategiesStrong familiarity with VALORANT, including game mechanics and its communityStrong understanding of regional/cultural landscape and gaming communities in ThailandExperience with community best practices, including communication strategies, user acquisition, and driving users through the funnelHands-on or strategic experience with creating and executing Social Media and Influencer campaignsExperience collaborating on projects from kickoff to executionExperience localizing campaigns for audiences around the globeDesired QualificationsExperience working with in-house and agency creative production teamsExperience developing custom community activationsFor this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and creating strategies that prioritizes the delight of players.
