YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs the Market Development Associate, you will play a central role in advancing our market position & competitive advantage and being a part of shaping our strategic market development practices. In this role, you will support both internal and external stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional projects involving data collection, analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting and creation of policy material with impact across the organisation and different markets.Key responsibilities & expected deliverablesData Collection, Analysis & Reporting:Facilitate data collection and analysis on key business metrics to ensure accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and complianceMonitor competitor and tender trends to inform the team and market strategiesPolicy Support & DocumentationCollaborate with key stakeholders to collect, shape and write content for key policy and stakeholder reportsStakeholder Management & CommunicationAccount management of external stakeholders to secure and maintain beneficial partnerships for VoiCoordinate internal stakeholders in the engineering, market and products teams to manage partner supportManage partner support requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolutionCross-Team Collaboration & SupportDevelop clear action plans, timelines and milestones to meet assigned team goals and objectivesIdentify limitations and contribute to process improvements in collaboration with senior team members and managementBuilding Knowledge & ImpactPartner with senior team members to further develop understanding and documentation of market development and policy processes, aiming to make impactful contributions to organisational objectivesWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARKWe are looking for an analytical, structured and solution oriented generalist, with the ability to work with stakeholders on multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:B.Sc.
