If you’re looking for bold, innovative products that deliver on every level, you’ve found your pack.Role OverviewAs the Market Development Manager (MDM) in New Jersey, you are the field sales lead and business owner for your assigned market. You’ll spearhead distribution expansion, strengthen relationships with wholesale and retail partners, and drive growth across The Pack Labs’ brand portfolio. You’ll work closely with your Territory Development Representative (TDR) and Brand Ambassadors to activate and grow sales across key accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn sales execution and growth strategy within the assigned territory or regionProspect and onboard new wholesale and retail accounts across distribution, smoke shops, convenience, and lifestyle channelsDrive incremental revenue from existing customers through upsell, cross-sell, and new product introductions Lead the sell-in of new product launches and promotional programsCollaborate with TDRs to ensure brand presence, proper merchandising, and compliance with display standardsPartner with Brand Ambassadors to coordinate in-store demos, events, and experiential activationsReport weekly on sales metrics, pipeline development, and competitive trendsManage trade spend and promotional budgets effectivelyRepresent The Pack Labs at trade shows, distributor meetings, and local eventsQualifications3+ years of field sales experience in CPG, beverage, cannabis/hemp, or related categoriesProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong business development and account management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-starter with strong organizational discipline and entrepreneurial driveValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhat You’ll GetWork with our product line that has strong market demand, giving you a head start in driving revenue$85,000-$125,000+ realistic first-year earnings with top performers exceeding $150,000+ ($60,000-$75,000 Base + Uncapped Commission OTE)Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous vacation policy and participation in a 401(k) planFlexible work environment that blends remote and field sales activitiesRemote flexibility with regular fieldwork - own your schedule and your successRoom for career advancement as we expand nationallyReady to Own Your Territory?At The Pack Labs, we embrace challenges, break new ground, and are passionate about the work we do.
