We conduct B2B, Healthcare, Opinion Former, Quant & Qual projects, focussed on quality data collection for market research studies taking place around the world.Position Summary: Market Research Project Managers at RONIN International are hands-on, versatile individuals who operate as the single point of contact between our clients’ multimarket research projects and RONIN operational teams and partners.Our Market Research Project Managers ensure that our execution of studies exceed clients’ expectations and result in fruitful and ongoing partnerships. Our approach is based on having resourceful, independent, and proactive team members, who can quickly grasp company processes and gain a strong understanding of the market research industry. Market research can be a fast-paced environment that goes from large scale straightforward studies to highly specialised boutique projects; interpersonal & organisational skills are essential to adapt to daily challenges.Successful candidates must have all of the following skills:3+ years’ experience in market research project management, focused on data collection and fieldwork managementExperience of working with USA/Canadian based clients and working core hours to match US time zonesFlexible, organised approach with strong multitasking, time management and prioritisationStrong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the aptitude to learn how to effectively manage clientsTenacious personality with an eye for detail and ability to problem solve using own initiativeCompetent user of Microsoft Office including ExcelUnderstanding of data collection managementExcellent English language written and verbal communicationKnowledge of other languages and cultures advantageousPrevious CATI and online B2B experience advantageousCore duties: Understanding project specifications and the market research processAttending kick-off meetings with clients and internal teamsDeveloping and reviewing screeners, discussion guides, and questionnairesReviewing and testing programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection, working with our internal scripting, translation, testing and data processing departmentsConducting briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external partners and recruitersManaging the fieldwork processTracking project profitability, quality and delivery to timingsOverseeing project change control and providing solutions to ensure project successConfident and timely client managementEffective reporting on project progressRecognising potential barriers and challenges, before or during projects and offering solutionsMeeting all applicable market research quality standards and regulationsAccurate administration and final project reportingLocationThis is a remote position.Given the nature of the business and our clients’ requirements, any job offers issued will be conditional upon the return of a satisfactory basic background check (or jurisdiction equivalent) and employment references.RONIN International is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce and everyone we work with and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
