This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage multiple social media channels, coordinate internal communications, and handle external press announcements while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across various regions and departments.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage and optimize multiple LinkedIn company pages and other social media channelsDevelop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars aligned with business objectivesCreate engaging, brand-consistent content that drives audience engagement and thought leadershipBuild and grow relevant, high-quality follower base through targeted audience development strategiesMonitor social media performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insightsStay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practicesRespond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely, professional mannerInternal CommunicationsDesign and manage internal newsletter content by coordinating with various departments - company news, updates, and initiativesDevelop and maintain internal communication templates and brand guidelinesManage and update brand templates, presentation decks, and company overview materialsProvide brand and communications enablement to teams across different regionsEnsure brand consistency across all internal and external communications touchpointsExternal CommunicationsDraft, review, and coordinate press announcements and external communicationsWork closely with leadership to ensure messaging accuracyMonitor media coverage and industry conversations relevant to the companyAI Integration & Process OptimizationLeverage AI tools for content creation, scheduling, analytics, and workflow optimizationContinuously explore and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and output qualityMaintain knowledge of AI best practices for communications and social media managementExperienceRequired Qualifications7-9 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communicationsProven track record of managing multiple social media accounts simultaneouslyExperience with B2B social media, particularly LinkedInBackground in internal communications or employee engagement initiativesExperience working in cross-functional, matrix organizationsTechnical SkillsProficiency with social media management platformsExperience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimizationStrong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics and reportingKnowledge of email marketing platforms and newsletter management toolsCommunication & Interpersonal SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to adapt communication style for different audiences and regionsExperience managing competing priorities and tight deadlinesCultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across different time zonesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldKnowledge of brand management and corporate communications best practicesExperience in B2B technology or professional services industriesPersonal AttributesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyStrategic thinker who can balance tactical execution with long-term planningCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeContinuous learner who stays current with industry trends and technologiesContact Us!If this is a promising opportunity for you and you possess the desired skills and experience, please apply for the role.
