We are now seeking a Marketing Activation Manager, Out of Home Sweden for fixed term replacement of an employee on parental leave (approx 1 year). You will work with world class brand Santa Maria and contribute to its success in the OOH (out-of-home) channel. You will be based in Sweden, and report to the Head of Regional Marketing, OOH North-Western Europe, Jenni Kujala. You will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.In this role you will deliver on growth ambitions and build our brands in OOH channel by planning and executing the local marketing activations to customers. What You Will Do Ensure strong 360 marketing plan for Santa Maria and Paulig PRO brands in OOH Sweden by planning, aligning and cooperating with different functions locally and globally Create local marketing activation plan utilizing market insights Act as a project manager in local launches, being responsible for the local launch excellence; planning, execution and follow-up. Also localizing the marketing materials provided by global marketing team Act as a local expert of customer activations, constantly improving the ROI and seeking for new opportunities in this area Participate in international concept development projects by representing regional marketing Plan and follow up assigned marketing budgets What we expect from you You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this Business minded marketing expert with FMCG business background. Experience in B2B marketing and working with wholesalers is seen as an advantage At least 3 years experience in a marketing role with budget responsibilities in international organization You are self-driven, innovative, analytical and result oriented. Making things happen Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent Strong presentation and communication skills Fluent in Swedish and English on a professional level, both verbal and written At Paulig, we value every person as an individual and a professional and expect the same from you.
