As a Marketing and Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-leverage, cross-functional support that directly amplifies operational efficiency and brand credibility in a highly technical, trust-dependent industry.ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative assistance, including:Scheduling meetingsMaking and returning phone callsProofreading documentsHandling/triaging inquiriesSending timely invoices and communicating to clients who are in arrearsManaging projects2. Providing marketing support, including:Managing company websites – making content updates and managing/triaging questionsManaging company social media accounts – making periodic postsSending emails to prospective clientsBeautifying PowerPoint presentationsSubmitting speaking proposals and requests for proposals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, communication or technology disciplineMinimum two years of relevant working experienceExcellent written and oral communications skillsExtreme attention to detailIntermediate or higher skill in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPointWillingness to learn new skills and try new toolsAbility to work Noon to 9pm (M to TH) and 9am to 6pm (F) - Schedule may vary due to company or client needsAccess to a laptop/workstation that is good working order with up-to-date security software (anti-malware, etc.)
