About the RoleAs a Marketing Operations Analyst at Equiton, you will play a key role in driving the analysis, efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with the email marketing and social media team to support campaign execution, develop reporting and analytics to support ongoing program improvement, support in the development of automations to sync core marketing systems, and ensure data accuracy to enable seamless tracking and attribution. Reporting to the Director, Email & Social Media, this position will collaborate closely with several functions within the marketing team to drive business results.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Operations Analyst is accountable for maintaining an optimized marketing operations framework. Poor decision-making could result in inefficiencies, missed opportunities, or non-compliance, negatively impacting campaign performance and lead quality. More specifically, main responsibilities will include:Collaborate with the email and social media marketing team to execute campaigns, ensuring proper setup and automation.Set up, test, and optimize workflows and marketing automation, including lead scoring and nurturing programs.Create and manage analytics dashboards to monitor and report on campaign performance.Perform robust data analysis to support customer segmentation, targeting, and ongoing communicationsEnsure the integration and smooth functioning of the email program and integration with our lead management systemAnalyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts and performance.Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.2-3+ years of experience in marketing operations, or marketing analyticsDemonstrated experience in managing and developing campaign reporting and analytics functionsExperience with developing campaign analytics and campaign executionExperience with email marketing platforms, customer segmentation, and automationsIllustrates the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsFamiliarity with A/B testing frameworks is a plusStrong collaboration and communication skills.Familiarity with regulations like CASL, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy best practices.Predictive Index AssessmentsAs part of our hiring process, candidates complete two short assessments from Predictive Index:A Behavioural Assessment (5–10 minutes, untimed) to understand your work and communication style.A Cognitive Assessment (12-minute timed) to measure learning and problem-solving abilities.These are not tests of intelligence or experience, they simply help us understand how you work best.👉 Start the Behavioural Assessment here:https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/3S57/MarketingAnalystAfter completing the first assessment, you’ll receive an email with instructions for the second assessment.About Us Founded in 2015, Equiton is one of Canada’s fastest-growing private equity firms, helping Canadians build wealth through high-quality real estate investments.
