In a rapidly changing world, we adopt a pragmatic approach focused on delivering long-term value to our clients, our employees, and the economy as a whole.DISCOVER your opportunityThe Marketing Intern will support the Head of Marketing by collaborating with across all teams, including sales, portfolio management, ESG, and others, to develop high-quality marketing materials essential for effective B2B marketing campaigns.This internship provides an opportunity to learn about key asset classes, including infrastructure, private equity, private debt, and hedge funds, while gaining insights into how marketing strategies are tailored across different countries and regions worldwide.The position is located within the business development team, which serves a global institutional clientele, including sovereign wealth funds, public and private pensions, insurance companies, and family offices.Your role and responsibilities will include :Collaborate with the Head of Marketing: Design and develop client facing marketing materials, including pitchbooks, factsheets, and research documents, in close partnership with various teams across AXA IM Prime. This role emphasizes the intern’s ability to simplify and communicate the complexities of AXA IM Prime’s advanced products into compelling narratives that effectively support sales efforts and resonate with clients worldwide.Support the Global Sales Team: Work closely with the global sales team to ensure that client marketing needs are effectively met, facilitating seamless communication and support for marketing initiatives.Develop ESG Content: Collaborate with the ESG team to create ESG-related content for marketing and research materials. This role provides an opportunity to learn about European and global ESG policies while addressing client demand for ESG solutions.Master Marketing Automation Tools: Gain proficiency in AXA IM Prime's automated marketing tool, a standard in the industry, to streamline marketing processes and enhance efficiency.Assist Portfolio Managers: Support portfolio managers in developing research content that educates clients on macroeconomic and product trends, contributing to informed decision-making.QualificationsEducation/QualificationsSHARE your unique experienceMaster’s degree in Marketing / Finance / EconomicsExperienceIdeally, at least 6 months of work experience in marketing.
