We believe that success is a thorny path that runs on sleepless nights, corporate parties, tough releases, and, of course, our users' smiles (and as we are a LIVE app, we truly get to see our users all around the world smiling right in front of us in real-time!).Do you want to join the party?ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret marketing data, including customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends, to identify insights and opportunities for business growthLeverage multiple complex big data sets to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and threats to our marketing operationsMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiativesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadershipUse advanced analytics, data mining, business intelligence, and statistical tools, combined with a strategic and industry point of view, to drive marketing growthContinuously identify and implement improvements to marketing processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectivenessBe a leader in the marketing analysis field in the companyRequirements5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, ideally from B2C mobile app companiesAt least 2 years of experience in leading teams, with a focus on mentoring, developing, and enhancing team capabilitiesVast SQL experience with a solid understanding of databasesFamiliarity with visualization platforms like Looker or TableauStrong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysisExcellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise mannerStrong problem-solving skills, conflict management skills, leadership skills, responsibility, and professionalismExperience with on GCP - Advantage Proficiency in Python - Advantage
