We specialize in providing technology enabled therapy services, revolutionizing the way mental health services are delivered to teenagers, young adults, and their families. Our platform focuses on emotional challenges, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, providing immersive virtual spaces for individuals to seek help and get the support they need.Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Marketing and Community Engagement Manager. You will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing our online and in-person marketing and engagement campaigns as well as social media activity to drive customer acquisition and awareness. Tasks will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, identifying target audiences, conducting A/B testing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion rates and ROI. Outreach and establishing relationships with key stakeholders including influencers and clinicians. This is a hybrid role, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area with the flexibility of working remotely.QualificationsDirect to consumer health digital marketing, performance marketing, and online advertising skillsExperience in developing and implementing direct to consumer marketing strategiesAnalytical and data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign performance and conducting A/B testingKnowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketingExperience in consumer health is preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExperience in start-up oriented technology environmentPart time commitment. Compensation $2,000/monthA must have: passion for helping people!
