We are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing and Influencer Executive to play a key role in ensuring that students looking for accommodation globally, discover Vita Student in the best possible way through marketing channels and influencer activity.Our Brands Vita Group - Vita Student - Union - Uhaus - House of Social - House of Social Food Hall - Dough ReligionOur Marketing and Influencer ExecutiveWork closely with all areas of the marketing, operations and sales teams to support in the wider objectives ensuring that all messaging and communications is in line with the brand look and feel and tone of voice. Support our Marketing Manager delivering the objectives of the Vita Student marketing teamInfluencer marketing.Assisting with asset creation.Out of home marketingGathering content from resident ambassadors, and wider marketing campaigns. Ensure website and socials are aligned.Provide regular product updates and regular reporting and insights. Support with third party listing partners.Organic social activity and reputation management.Support other areas such as producing content in our buildings or capturing content from key activities within the buildings. Who We’re Looking ForA highly driven & detail-oriented Marketing and Influencer Executive with 1-3years experience in a marketing or agency environment.Professional ExperienceExperience of delivering marketing and/or influencer campaigns.Able to cope well with multi-tasking and thriving in a busy environment.Marketing background, with a confident and articulate communication style, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in both office and remote settings.Proficient in IT and online web-based tools, with intermediate skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook and Excel.Professional experience in adapting quickly and effectively to last-minute changes, while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.Personal CharacteristicsA passion for all things influencer.Organisation, attention to detail and a creative eye are skills that would be highly beneficial in this role.Demonstrate a diligent and enthusiastic approach to work.Have a high standard of English (written and oral).A strong sense of ownership, emotional intelligence, and a determination to turn challenges into results.Be resilient and persistentEmotional intelligence — able to read tone, context, and non-verbal cues to guide conversations and decisions.Possess excellent planning and organisational skills.Enthusiasm, a flexible approach to working, and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.An excellent listener and all-round brilliant communicator.Passionate about connecting with and understanding customers.Resilient, organised, with a can-do attitude.Why work for us…….BenefitsVita’s nurturing environment encourages colleagues to develop, perform and excel at what they do and provide plenty of opportunities for career progression.
