Job DescriptionPosition : Marketing & Listing CoordinatorWork Hours (Client) : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Thursday to Monday (Tuesday/Wednesday off)Holidays : 5 days annual PTOPay Range : $1200 - $1400 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)Location of Search : South Africa, Philippines, Latin America, or Any RegionWork Location : REMOTECompany/Client OverviewA family-owned property management business in Clearwater, FL, specializing in vacation rentals across Tampa Bay beaches. They offer full-service management, marketing, and guest support for homes and condos, helping owners maximize bookings while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.Duties And ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Listing Coordinator with experience in the vacation rental industry. This role focuses on listing optimization, marketing campaigns, reporting, and operational processes, while also supporting guest services as needed.Listing Optimization & MarketingOptimize property listings across OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) including photo order, editing, headlines, descriptions, and amenities to maximize bookings.Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with content creation, scheduling, and engagement.Create and send newsletters and email campaigns via MailChimp or similar platforms to engage past and prospective guests.Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.Track and summarize KPIs (occupancy, revenue, engagement, etc.) and provide actionable insights to the team.Maintain organized records of marketing content, system processes, and listing updates.Operational Support & ReportingPrepare and maintain reports on property performance, guest interactions, and booking trends.Use internal systems such as Streamline, Breezeway, and Enso Connect (knowledge of Enso Connect is a plus).Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and standardize processes.Guest InteractionHandle occasional inbound communications and overnight calls when necessary.Troubleshoot guest issues and escalate to on-site Guest Services Managers as needed.Other ResponsibilitiesAssist with sourcing and ordering items for guest experiences or operational needs.Support the team in ad hoc marketing, reporting, and operational projects.Minimum RequirementsLanguage requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (neutral accent)Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)Experience: 3+ years of related experience3+ years in marketing and customer servicesMust have worked for a vacation rentals companyExperience in listing optimization is requiredProven experience managing social media channels, creating content, and sending newsletters via MailChimp or similar platforms.Experience with Streamline PMS, Breezeway, and OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO) is advantageous.Skills & AttributesStrong marketing and analytical mindset.Excellent verbal and written English communication.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable using reporting tools, guest communication platforms, and operational software.Ability to troubleshoot guest issues calmly when required.Job DetailsRole Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: Philippines City: Manila National Capital Region Company Website: https://somewhere.com/ Job Function: Sales Company Industry/Sector: Staffing and RecruitingWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
