If you are a people person and team player who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand and a community, we want to hear from you.Job DescriptionAt LifeBonder, marketing is about understanding people, and building awareness about how our social media platform can satisfy their needs. You are comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a huge community and a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasksOrganize and maintain marketing schedules and deadlinesCoordinate meetings and communications between team membersManage social media platforms and execute social media campaignsHelp creating engaging content for our social media channelsMonitor social media channels, and engage with the audience to enhance brand reputationFollow up with content creatorsTrack calendars and schedulesDemonstrate a basic understanding of how social media worksContribute to project management activitiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Assist the marketing manager in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and initiativesNOTE: This is an unpaid opportunity.Skills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and communication, business, or related fieldProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivateSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, or similar)Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience developing marketing plans and campaignsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for organizing and structuring tasks and resourcesExperience with marketing automationPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree a plusProficiency in online marketing and social media strategy is a mustProven experience growing a community on networking platformsEstablished press and media contacts when needed.
