To sustain that pace, we're looking for a Marketing & Personal Assistant to work directly with the founder and help organize, execute, and scale every part of the business.The RoleThis is not a typical assistant role.You'll be the founder's right hand — managing time, communication, marketing operations, and growth initiatives.One day you might coordinate demo calls or partner outreach; the next, draft a LinkedIn post or organize a product launch campaign.You'll help transform ideas into structured action — ensuring that every task moves forward, every conversation has a follow-up, and every opportunity is captured.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Lead Generation• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other channels• Create and schedule content: posts, case studies, product updates, and founder thought leadership• Research and identify potential clients, partners, and collaboration opportunities in SMB automation space• Track campaign metrics (signups, reach, engagement, demo requests) and prepare weekly summaries• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation• Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Notion AI, n8n, etc.) to automate repetitive marketing tasks• Coordinate product announcements, webinars, and launch campaigns2. Sales & Demo Coordination• Schedule and manage demo calls with prospects• Prepare demo materials and follow-up sequences• Handle inbound inquiries from website, LinkedIn, and email• Track leads through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups• Coordinate pilot program communications and feedback collection• Manage early-access user onboarding and support3. Executive & Personal Task Management• Manage the founder's calendar, schedule, and daily priorities• Handle email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp communications professionally and promptly• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for investor, client, and partner meetings• Maintain organized systems for documents, tasks, and project updates (Notion, Google Drive, Trello)• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers as needed4. Outreach & Business Development Support• Draft and send cold outreach emails to potential clients and partners• Research prospects and personalize outreach messages• Track outreach campaigns and response rates• Prepare background briefs before important calls• Follow up on partnership opportunities and business inquiries5. Special Projects• Assist in preparing investor decks and funding applications (YC, Techstars, etc.)• Coordinate Auralix AI's participation in startup events and AI/tech communities• Document internal processes and help systemize recurring operations as we scale• Research competitive landscape and emerging trends in AI voice agents and automationIdeal Candidate Profile• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology (or equivalent experience)• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, operations, executive assistance, or startup coordination• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — comfortable crafting client emails and social posts• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently• Comfortable using modern digital tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Trello, Canva, LinkedIn, CRM systems)• Experience with social media management and content creation• Curious about AI, automation, and B2B SaaS — eager to grow with a fast-moving startup• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment• Maintains confidentiality, judgment, and composure in a fast-paced settingBonus points if you:• Have experience supporting founders or executives in startup environments• Have exposure to B2B SaaS marketing, lead generation, or sales operations• Can write clearly and persuasively for different audiences (prospects, partners, investors)• Have used AI tools extensively for content creation, automation, or research• Have experience in the AI, automation, or voice technology spaceWhat We Offer• A front-row seat in an emerging AI startup with global ambitions• Direct mentorship from the founder and exposure to high-level strategy, fundraising, and client acquisition• Freedom to experiment, learn, and grow beyond traditional job boundaries• Fully remote work structure — open to candidates in Bangladesh, Canada, or globally• Flexible hours and async-friendly communication• Opportunity to transition into Marketing Manager or Operations Lead as the company scales• Competitive compensation based on experience and location
