Marketing Assistant, Brand Shiseido (1-year Contract)

Please note this is not a company-wide marketing role. 🚨MAIN PURPOSEThe Marketing Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Marketing team in executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to overall brand growth and visibility.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Promotion & Campaign Support•Support the coordination and tracking of monthly promotional activities to boost sales.•Ensure all promotional materials and exposures comply with brand and retailer guidelines.•Monitor daily operational issues related to promotions and proactively assist in problem-solving.•Update and maintain sales performance reports by franchise or campaign.Product & Materials Management Support•Prepare and distribute monthly promotion plans and stock reports to relevant stakeholders.•Manage product testers, free goods, and samples for campaigns and CRM programs.•Coordinate the production, procurement, and distribution of locally produced collateral materials.Marketing Team Support•Conduct competitor research, handle translations, and support brand-building initiatives.•Manage administrative processes, including internal/external orders and expense reports.•Assist the Marketing Manager with ad-hoc projects to support overall team objectives.REQUIREMENTS•Experience in the marketing field with a strong interest in the cosmetics industry.•Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.•Proactive communication skills to facilitate effective task completion.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).•Strong command of English (both written and spoken).CONTRACT•1-year contract
