This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where teamwork and mentorship are highly valued.Working under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager, and in close coordination with Marketing Coordinators, this role provides hands-on support across a variety of marketing initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will assist in developing high-quality, competitive project proposals and contribute to a wide range of marketing activities including writing, design support, event coordination, and digital communications.As Marketing Assistant, you’ll be an active participant in marketing team meetings, contribute creative ideas, and play a key role in supporting initiatives that enhance company culture and engagement. Key Responsibilities include:·       Proposal Development: Prepare client-specific qualification packages, proposals, and presentations, collaborating with marketing team members and technical staff as needed.·       Content Creation: Help maintain and update marketing collateral such as project profiles, staff resumes, and customized layouts.·       Coordinate Production: Support the proposal production process, including printing, binding, and delivering final submissions.·       Database and File Management: Maintain marketing files, proposal resource libraries, and contact databases.·       Research Opportunities: Monitor industry news and online resources to identify potential pursuits and trends.·       Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external company events, including tradeshows, client appreciation events, and employee gatherings.·       Social Media & Web Coordination: Help plan, write, and organize posts and updates for the company website, intranet, and social media platforms to engage audiences, promote events, and highlight company achievements.·       Outreach Coordination: Track and assist with documentation for AIA lunch & learns and support other outreach efforts.·       Professional Development: Engage with AEC industry organizations such as SMPS CT to support continued learning and build professional connections.Desired Qualifications:·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.·       Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.·       An eye for design and strong attention to detail.·       Excellent organizational and time management abilities.·       A collaborative attitude, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for supporting a creative, team-oriented environment. Why Join Us?
