As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team.Marketing Assistant at INTRECWe're looking for someone to coordinate internal and external marketing; social media posts, internal newsletters and events. Assist the submissions team with the production, coordination and submission of tenders, expression of interest, other proposals and general office management. Your role involves:Writing content for social media posts, newsletters, website, and project updatesAssist in the preparation of expressions of interest, tenders, proposals, and presentationsAssist in the bid content developmentAssist in the proofing, editing and writing of documents prior to being submittedEnsure a high attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness for written communicationsPerform all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems and proceduresBeing a key member of our National Marketing and Submissions teamManage internal and external eventsGeneral office management duties such as ordering stock, keeping communal areas clean and tidy, load dishwasher, etc.The skills we needDegree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is highly desirable but not essential (training will be provided)Exceptional verbal and written communication and English spelling, grammar, and punctuation skillsDirect and level headed to carry out tasks and ability to push for informationProficiency using different social media platformsCommitment to contributing to a high performance cultureGreat time managerWhy INTREC?At INTREC, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
