Marketing AssistantLocation: Berkhamsted (Hybrid – 3 days + per week in office)Type: Full-timeAbout the roleYou’ll work closely with the founder and wider team to run social pages, ideate and execute campaigns, manage content, attend events and represent the brand, and support brand activations. This is a role for someone who’s proactive, creative, and excited to learn, and wants to create work that has a real impact on the business and its community!Key responsibilities:Manage and create content for organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)Identify opportunities to launch the brand across additional social channelsPlan, brief and support partner agencies on creative and media projectsIdeate campaign concepts and contribute to creative directionOrganise and facilitate photo & video shoots, from pre-production to on-the-day coordinationSupport website administration and product updatesLiaise with brand partners and manage collaborative campaignsManage influencer relationships and outreachProvide event support for pop-ups, conferences and launchesAbout you2+ years experience in a brand or marketing team OR recent graduate with a degree in a relevant fieldExperience with organic social media management (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Confident creating content and working with creative teamsHighly organised, adaptable, and collaborativeCreative-thinker with an eye for great content and marketingPassionate about marketing, storytelling, and community buildingBonus points if you have:Experience in fashion, sportswear or ecommerceA passion for sports, exercise or activities where you would wear a sports braExperience with tools like Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, or CanvaDemonstrated competency using Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager (paid social)Why join us?At MAAREE, you’ll be part of a small but ambitious team shaping the future of women’s sportswear.
