We’re Hiring: Marketing AssistantLocation: High Wycombe, UKSalary: up to £35,000 per annumAre you social media savvy, organised, and looking for your first permanent role in marketing? We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the team at a leading multi-site retail brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone energetic, proactive, and keen to learn on the job.What You’ll Do:Support the Marketing Manager in delivering campaigns and initiatives across the business.Assist with social media activity, content updates, and digital communications.Help coordinate marketing materials, blogs, and events.Track campaign performance and support reporting.Provide general marketing support and ad hoc projects as needed.What We’re Looking For:No prior marketing experience required—fresh graduates are welcome!Highly active on personal social media with a strong understanding of digital trends.Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.Creative, proactive, and a team player.Must be based locally (within ~40 minutes’ commute of High Wycombe).Benefits:25 days holiday per yearEnhanced employer pension contributions of 5%Free parkingHybrid working: Monday, Tuesday, and every other FridayThis role is available immediately and is an ideal stepping stone for someone looking to start their marketing career.Interested?
