About Green Project: Green Project Technologies, an ACT Group company, is the leading enterprise supply chain decarbonization platform, helping organizations and their suppliers measure, manage, and reduce emissions across entire value chains.Through its purpose-built suite of tools for carbon accounting, supplier engagement, audit-grade reporting, and renewable energy procurement, combined with expert advisory support, Green Project enables companies to move beyond reporting to real, measurable decarbonization.Trusted by 100+ procurement leaders and 5,000 suppliers across 40+ countries, including Microsoft and S&P Global, Green Project empowers procurement and sustainability teams to deliver credible Scope 3 progress, lower risk, and higher resilience across global supply chains.Responsibilities:Event coordination: Own logistics and execution for conferences, private networking events and webinars to ensure successful delivery, strong brand visibility, and lead generation opportunities.Email marketing: Maintain and optimize marketing email campaigns to ensure they remain up to date, relevant, and effective in driving engagement and conversion.Internal communications: Support internal marketing updates to keep Green Project teams informed of marketing campaigns, events, and key results.Campaign execution: Drive the delivery of multi-channel campaigns (email, social, partnerships) by coordinating assets, timelines, and tracking activities.Marketing operations: Document and maintain key processes to enable consistency and scalability; manage contractor relationships and deliverables.Market and competitor insights: Conduct ongoing research to inform campaign direction, messaging and positioning.Content coordination: Support content creation and publishing across channels.Reporting support: Assist in performance reporting and analysis on marketing budget, ROI, lead attribution, campaign efficacy, etc.Cross-functional projects: Support ad hoc marketing needs from other teams to enhance collaboration and visibility.Brand consistency: Help ensure all materials reflect Green Project’s tone, visual style, and messaging standards.Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experienceStrong organizational and project management skillsClear written and verbal communicationComfortable learning and using marketing tools and platformsFamiliarity with Green Project’s tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Notion) is a bonus, but not essentialUnderstanding of campaign processes and performance metricsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBenefits & Perks:Competitive salary + bonus schemesFlexible / hybrid working arrangement (London-based preferred, occasional remote)Private health & dental insuranceGenerous annual leave and public holidaysBudget for learning and conferencesCollaborative, high-ownership culture driven by a strong climate mission
