As a Marketing Specialist, you will handle end-to-end marketing initiatives for our game, which includes executing and reviewing the current plan, generating new ideas and marketing plan, and creating reports for marketing performance.Job DescriptionCreating and executing a strong marketing strategy & execution plan for our game publishing in various marketing channels, including social media, community, KOLs, performance marketing, and offline events.Managing budgets and campaigns across all marketing channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition costEnsuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and media channelsEvaluate and recommend marketing and partnership plans by identifying a potential opportunity, and execute on the approved plansWorking closely with designers and video editors to produce creative contents for any marketing useJob RequirementsMinimum a bachelor's degree from a reputable universityFresh graduate up to 3 years of working experience creating end to end marketing plans and executing marketing campaigns, previous internship or working experience within similar field will be a bonus pointStrong critical thinking and problem solving skills to plan an excellent marketing campaign that has a great impact on the usersDriven and passionate individuals to drive the marketing initiatives and achieve the goals with minimum supervisionHigh creativity and ability to think outside the boxExcellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsPassionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia
