Job Description

Primary Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business goals.  Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.  Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for brand positioning and business growth.  Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ensuring measurable results and ROI.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. Secondary Responsibilities : Conduct school visits and interact with local tuition teachers to promote Company initiatives. Organize and manage canopy activities and leaflet distribution (outside schools, coaching centers, markets, and offices) while ensuring effective data collection.  Engage in Resident Welfare Association (RWA) activities by meeting authorized representatives and arranging appointments with seniors. Collect, verify, and upload relevant data into the system for accurate reporting and tracking.  Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and principals; arrange senior-level meetings for collaboration opportunities.  Participate in school/college events such as annual functions, pre-exam interactions, and special occasions (birthdays/anniversaries) to strengthen brand connect.  Establish strong liaisons with local teachers, tuition centers, and coaching owners for partnerships and collaboration opportunities. Key Skills & Competencies :  Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.  Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with multiple stakeholders.  Hands-on experience in field marketing, event execution, and on-ground promotions.  Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing activities.  Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.Qualifications :  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).  1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, or Brand Promotion, preferably in the Education/EdTech industry.  Proven experience in campaign execution and stakeholder engagement.
