Job Description
Primary Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business goals. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for brand positioning and business growth. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ensuring measurable results and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation. Secondary Responsibilities : Conduct school visits and interact with local tuition teachers to promote Company initiatives. Organize and manage canopy activities and leaflet distribution (outside schools, coaching centers, markets, and offices) while ensuring effective data collection. Engage in Resident Welfare Association (RWA) activities by meeting authorized representatives and arranging appointments with seniors. Collect, verify, and upload relevant data into the system for accurate reporting and tracking. Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and principals; arrange senior-level meetings for collaboration opportunities. Participate in school/college events such as annual functions, pre-exam interactions, and special occasions (birthdays/anniversaries) to strengthen brand connect. Establish strong liaisons with local teachers, tuition centers, and coaching owners for partnerships and collaboration opportunities. Key Skills & Competencies : Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with multiple stakeholders. Hands-on experience in field marketing, event execution, and on-ground promotions. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing activities. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, or Brand Promotion, preferably in the Education/EdTech industry. Proven experience in campaign execution and stakeholder engagement.
