What you will doCreate a marketing and social media plan under supervision of our Chief Commercial Officer and the teamCoordinate social media posts and scheduling, and lead the social media and marketing strategiesRun ads on social media and ad networks, track performance and create reports and strategiesIdentify, and collaborate with, influencersCreate engaging marketing content for social media, website, newsletters, partners and other materialsHelp with physical marketing, such as magazines, for events, and other materials including merchandiseProvide assistance on administrative tasks, such as organisation of meetings, note taking, accepting and forwarding calls, office visits, site visits, and other logistical componentsWork with staff on any other areas of the business, based on company’s need and personal skills and interest when capacity allowsHelp initiatives across our other companies and brands, including Siam Seaplane (Thailand) and Samra Seaplane (Cambodia)Learn about aviation, seaplanes, hospitality and lifestyle, and scaling a startup in IndonesiaWhat you need to haveStudied a marketing or design related Bachelor or Master programExperience in marketing and digital marketingRequired tool expertise: Meta (Facebook) Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubspotKnowing the following tools helps: Canva, Hubspot, Webflow, web coding, Adobe CC (if you have your own)Experience with all social media, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedInBeing excited about hospitality, aviation, lifestyle & providing only the best services to guestsShowing initiative and being proactive, detail-oriented, and ideally be good with numbersGood communication skills in English, additional languages are a big plusPolite, professional and positive attitudeOwn a laptopWhat we offerBe based in BaliBe a part of a small but fast-growing and exciting new venture with highly-motivated colleagues and world-class expertsGrowth potential in the companyFlexibilityReimbursement of work-related travel costs, where relevantTravel within the region
