OverviewWe're seeking a strategic Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, who will be instrumental in transforming how we connect with our customers. In this role, you'll help architect seamless, personalized experiences across email, SMS, and other channels—driving engagement, conversion, and loyalty at every touchpoint. You'll be a key voice in our Marketing team, championing customer-centric lifecycle strategies collaborating especially closely with our Immigration practice crew to deepen our impact with that specific practice area.What You’ll DoOrchestrate exceptional customer journeys by managing end-to-end lifecycle program operations—from strategic planning and creative QA to flawless deployment across our email delivery platformDesign and optimize intelligent marketing automations that anticipate customer needs and deliver the right message at precisely the right momentCraft sophisticated audience segmentation strategies that turn data into deeply personalized experiencesPartner with our in-house and external creative teams to bring compelling campaigns to life, ensuring every message resonates and inspires actionDrive strategic planning by managing our marketing communications calendar and ensuring seamless campaign orchestrationUncover actionable insights through rigorous analysis of campaign metrics, turning performance data into continuous improvement opportunitiesLead experimentation initiatives by designing and executing A/B tests that push the boundaries of CRM performanceIdentify and capitalize on innovative marketing opportunities within the Immigration practice, helping shape our positioning and growthRequirementsExperienced operator with 2+ years of hands-on marketing automation expertiseTechnical marketer who bridges the gap between CRM platforms and marketing strategy, with a growth mindsetExceptional communicator with polished English skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsData storyteller who transforms segmentation insights and performance metrics into compelling strategic narrativesInnovation-driven with an innate desire to test, learn, and continuously elevate resultsIndependent self-starter who can carry projects forward with ownershipCRM platform savvy (required), with experience in Braze or similar tools as a strong plusBasic SQL knowledge is a plus
