This is a senior leadership position to drive the strategic part of SoftServe’s campaign management. This person is our utmost expert in off/ on-line marketing channels and how to utilize them to grab the attention of an audience, generate engagement and prompt lead conversion. You are a passionate individual who will have the unique opportunity to help build the function in line with our vision and incredible growth.Exceptional project management and x-functional leadership skillset are required ensuring the launch of high-quality campaigns on time. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality new logo and existing account leads, the MCD leads the design of integrated and omni-channel campaigns -segments to move target audiences through the buyer’s journey. He/she has a keen understanding of the role and sequencing of content and channels to achieve awareness, engagement and conversion.To plan and execute vertical and / or account-based campaigns, the MCD is a partner of strategic account teams, partner management and the CTO office in scoping and planning efforts to position our brand and gaining credibility in our ability to help clients solve their most challenging and unique problems.Our MCD is obsessed with tracking performance and diving into campaign and channel insights to continuously improve campaign outcomes. She/he will provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to leadership and stakeholders, as well as review campaigns and analyze how we can improve performance going forward and actioning the requirements.As an esteemed member of the global marketing team, the MCD interacts with Business Unit stakeholders to report on campaign progress, performance and steering recommendations. It is paramount for this role to develop trust and deep relationships with marketing centers of excellence including digital, social, MDR, events, web and content among others.Additonial Responsibility Details:Help formulate and execute SoftServe’s marketing strategy by managing the multitude of demand generation activities across the marketing organizationIn a hands-on, end-to-end fashion, take ownership and drive the development a pipeline of new prospects from the marketing campaigns executed by the teamTrack budget, monitor ROI, prepare reports and suggest optimization plans for constant improvement of campaign resultsInstill a data-driven culture while, at the same time, being able to look beyond numbers and see (and realize) real business opportunitiesClosely collaborate with the sales leadership and other organizations within SoftServe to ensure the highest impact of our marketing effortsContinuously conduct A/B testing across all channels and audiences segments.QA all creatives before launching live campaigns to ensure they are to spec, adhere to our policies and will work on the platform.Use marketing automation, digital and live events, ABM and email nurturing strategies to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journeyReview campaigns and analyze how we can improve performance going forward and actioning the requirementsOwn the daily management of the campaign across direct and programmatic channelsParticipate in campaign Kick-off to understand the campaign objective and critical metrics ensuring a flawless and timely campaign execution.Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to leadership and stakeholdersMeasure and track our marketing investment against key Marketing KPIsMentor and drive a dynamic multicultural team of marketing professionalsExperience Required:7+ years of multi-channel marketing campaign manager experience and 3+ years in a (virtual) marketing leadership positionProven track record of driving a high-performance distributed marketing team in North America/EUExcellent knowledge of cutting-edge digital marketing tools and practicesProfound understanding of IT buying lifecycles and B2B sales cycleCommand of CRM and marketing automation platformsExpert knowledge of marketing best practices and trendsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related fieldBudget managementWhat Type Of Person Are We Looking For:Capability to build rapport with sales leaders, and coach, motivate and drive a team of effective communicatorsHighly deadline- and detail-oriented approach, the ability to be thoroughExcellent organization and problem-solving skillsInnovation and creativity to create marketing campaigns that attract customers and succeed over the competitionA champion of creating positive x-functional collaborations, you believe in the power of teamworkThirsty for knowledge, fearless and trustworthyCan let the guard down and be vulnerable with her/his teammatesIs looking for a company where team members treat each other like familyIn-depth knowledge of running successful B2B campaigns, driven by results and detail-orientedPassionate about researching and trying new marketing, digital and experiential tacticsTime management and organization in order to meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously, with a variety of stakeholders, and be decisivePassionate about data to deliver an insight focus approachEnjoy working in a multicultural environmentYOU WILL WANT TO WORK WITHMarketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaignsSales and Solutions teams to gather insight and information to inform the content strategyContent creators, delivery teams and CRM operations to ensure each campaign is forward planned and delivered on time.TOGETHER WE WILLEducate and enable MDRs/Inside Sales for success with inbound/outbound campaigns, share results of top funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizationsCreate detailed campaign plans with blueprints including but not limited to content, digital, web, social, traditional media, events, partner integration and sales/ executive engagementsPlan seamless integration of competitive campaigns and alliance partner campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys and overall healthcare segment campaign plansApply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize.SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
