About The RoleWe’re looking for a data-driven and hands-on Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of our coupon and promotional campaigns — from strategic planning to flawless execution. You’ll play a key role in driving user acquisition and revenue growth through creative yet performance-focused marketing activations.Key Responsibilities Lead Coupon Campaign Strategy & Execution (Full Funnel Ownership)Strategy Design:Develop targeted coupon strategies (e.g., new user vouchers, tiered discount coupons, referral and group-buy incentives, channel-specific offers) aligned with business growth and profitability goals.Define rules such as thresholds, validity periods, and applicable scopes while calculating ROI and break-even points.Analyze user behavior to craft differentiated campaign approaches.Execution & Distribution:Set up and manage coupon distribution across all channels: official accounts (e.g., WeChat), user communities, SMS, and livestreams.Collaborate with the marketing team to design viral distribution tactics (e.g., referral rewards, group buys), ensuring a seamless “issue-to-share” campaign journey.Ensure fast, stable, and error-free coupon delivery (e.g., instant issuance).Performance Tracking & Optimization:Analyze redemption data by channel, time, and user segment to identify issues and propose optimizations (e.g., tweaking copy or timing for community-driven coupons).Generate regular performance reports, compare ROI across coupon types, and inform future campaign planning.User Support:Directly handle high-priority customer queries, especially from VIP users, ensuring timely resolution of coupon-related issues. Cross-Functional Project ManagementDuring key sales events, act as the operations lead within cross-functional task forces (with Marketing, Tech, and Customer Support) to manage coupon strategy and resource alignment:Operations: Lead strategy, coordinate creative assets, and guide campaign configuration.Marketing: Co-design viral growth mechanics and campaign visuals.Customer Support: Provide training on FAQs and monitor user feedback.Tech: Ensure system stability and accurate logic in coupon setup.Manage the full campaign lifecycle: from planning → system testing → go-live monitoring → post-campaign review.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above; background in e-commerce, marketing, or data analysis preferred.5–8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally from mid-sized brands or regional platforms.Hands-on experience with running promotional or coupon campaigns on SaaS-based e-commerce platforms.Strong data analysis skills.Key CompetenciesVersatile Operator: Comfortable managing strategy, system setup, campaign analysis, and user support in a lean, fast-paced team.Tech-Savvy: Able to troubleshoot basic system issues and collaborate closely with engineers.Strong Collaborator: Skilled at aligning with cross-functional teams and driving shared outcomes.High Resilience: Can thrive under pressure during peak promotional periods and respond quickly to changing business needs.Why Join Us?You’ll be at the heart of growth-driving campaigns, working cross-functionally and creatively to unlock impact.
