Job Description
DescriptionThe Marketing Cloud Architect Analyst is a key member on the Customer Communications & Readiness (CC+R) team within the Critical Incident Center (CIC). They are responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of email campaigns, and assisting with other email related solutions and account maintenance. They segment and create audiences from provided assets or from data available within the Marketing Cloud using SQL and other system tools. They code emails with HTML from provided assets, and amend code within emails to manage dynamic content. They test for functional and rendering quality, execute test sends, and manage the client approval process. They create and execute deployment Send Activities. Working with internal and external campaign resources, they document and coordinate campaign activities to ensure execution efficiency.Your ImpactProvide support to customers in the deployment of their Marketing Cloud email campaignsExecute the process of campaign deployment and is focused on subscriber segmentation, email builds, executing test sends, preparing the final subscriber list and scheduling the deploymentPrepare customer data assets for handoff to other team membersComplete quality assurance reviews of configurations and content for other staff as requiredDocument customer-specific processes and work instructions related to the deployment processDemonstrate master-level skills in communication, quality assurance of creative content and rendering, quality assurance of audiences, queries and filters, quality assurance of setup and scheduling, checklist and test plan development and execution, Marketing Cloud user-initiated sends and send activities, documentation management, Marketing Cloud platform, Marketing Cloud Email product, and Marketing Cloud Automation StudioExhibit specialist-level skills in building trust and credibility, leading and adapting to change, making smart decisions, listening, time management, public speaking, performing as a team player.Basic Requirements2+ years job/industry experienceExpert knowledge of HTML and CSSAMPscript proficiency is a must-haveExperience with SQL and relational databasesStrong problem-solving skills with an eye for detailClient facing experience in agency or similar environmentDigital marketing and/or Marketing Automation Industry ExperienceComfort with and ability to adapt to new technologyHighly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environmentPreferred RequirementsSalesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist CertifiedSalesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified
