DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.This position requires excellent English communication skills, a fast laptop, and a stable internet connection.Goals:Expand DesignRush’s global network by building strong relationships with agencies, brands, and media contacts.Generate a steady stream of qualified leads for the Sales team through consistent, high-quality outreach.Support revenue growth by nurturing prospects and guiding them effectively through the sales pipeline.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with local and global agencies and brandsUse all forms of outreach channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to connect with potential clientsMake pre-sales calls to qualify and generate leads for the sales teamConduct Digital PR outreach to establish relationships with publishers, journalists, and media outlets to strengthen brand visibilityPerform targeted online research to identify new prospectsSend and manage 50-70 personalized outreach emails per dayUse CRM tools to organize, track, and optimize outreach activitiesProvide daily and weekly performance reports on outreach, leads, and engagementRequired qualifications:1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, link-building, or digital PR rolesProficient English writing and speaking skillsExperience conducting cold calls and high-volume outreach Skilled in targeted online research to identify potential leads and media contactsFamiliarity with CRM platforms for organizing, tracking, and optimizing outreach activitiesComfortable using web and digital research tools to support outreach initiativesStrong follow-up, organization, and time management skillsKnowledge of marketing, digital PR, design, or technology principles is a plusAvailable to work EST hours (4 am – 1 pm)Recruitment steps: Apply via LinkedInHave an intro call with our RecruiterReceive a short testSend back answers + CVHave an interview with our Hiring ManagersGet feedbackWe kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.Please note this job is not:social media marketing relatedabout creative content marketing
