The Impact You'll MakeDanfoss is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth in Korea.What You’ll Be DoingTranslate the Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) segment's business objectives and available insights into well-defined, measurable marketing communication plans to enhance segment visibility and quality lead generation.Coordinate, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing communication campaigns and collateral localization, ensuring timely execution, effective vendor management, and maintenance of all schedules and assets.Oversee the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches including but not limited to on-ground activations and events, digital campaigns, and customer programs.Localize marketing strategies into impactful local actions, maintaining a strong digital-first mindset to maximize reach and engagement.Collect, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics and utilize insights to identify opportunities for optimization and inform future strategy.Liaise effectively with regional stakeholders and local sales teams to gather market awareness and insights (competitor activity, customer feedback) and ensure cohesive, high-impact campaign execution.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend aligns with agreed plans and accurately tracking performance, including vendor invoicing.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.2–3 years of experience in marketing communications (B2B preferred).Strong expertise in both digital and traditional marcom.Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (translation ability required).Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a multicultural, matrix organizationIf you are passionate about marketing, eager to challenge traditions, and ready to make an impact — we’d love to hear from you!What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
