About the jobHouse of Tugu Jakarta, part of Tugu Hotels & Restaurants Group in the heart Jakarta's Old Town, is inviting a dynamic, energetic, and creative Marketing Communication and Event Coordinator to join our team and help us enhance and strengthen our presence by spreading Tugu's mission of art, history and culture of Indonesia to domestic market and the world.Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for House of Tugu, Old Town Jakarta including its subsidiary food & beverage and wellness facilities to drive occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and meet revenue goals.Public Relations: develop and manage partnerships with travel influencers, bloggers, media and industry partners to promote the hotelEvents: plan, promote, and execute events, such as cultural events, fundraising dinners, yoga events, themed dinners.Analytics and Reporting: monitor and analyze marketing performance, including website traffic, booking rates, and social media engagement, and provide regular reports with actionable insightsPartnerships: Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and travel-related organizations to expand the hotel's marketing reach and impactCustomer Engagement: develop and manage customer engagement and loyalty programs to build and retain a strong guest baseInnovation: stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new marketing methods to keep the hotel's marketing strategies fresh and effective.Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including website, social media, and other digital channelsWork with the production people, photographer and graphic designer in the creation of engaging and informative content to attract potential guestsQualifications :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or event planning, ideally within the hospitality or lifestyle sectorStrong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media platforms, SEO, and email marketingProven experience in event planning and coordination, from conception to execution.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the boxExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluent in EnglishA passion for Indonesian culture and creating authentic, memorable guest experiences.
