Marketing & Communications Intern

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Intern in Lisbon to work 100% on-site at the Multivision office.In this role, you will assist in daily tasks such as organising events, managing social media and coordinating the intranet, among others. This role offers hands-on experience in various marketing and communications areas, including events, social media, internal communications, branding and employer branding. You will report to and work closely with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator.The marketing and communications responsibilities you will support are as follows:Implementation of strategic projects in corporate marketing and sales, including direct mail campaigns, digital marketing, social media, workshops, symposia, internal programmes and events, advertisements and commercial tools to strengthen brand awareness, credibility and market presence.Definition and execution of branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the vision and strategic objectives of the area.Management of brand identity, ensuring that products, services, and communications comply with established visual identity and brand standards.Optimise online communication channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and innovation across all digital platforms.Management of digital campaigns, including social media and other platforms, ensuring ongoing optimisation.Creation, management and optimisation of content for multiple channels (website, intranet, social media), to reinforce brand positioning and communication both internally and externally.Organisation and participation in events, trade fairs, workshops and brand activations to promote networking, engagement and business opportunity generation.Production of strategic reports as required.RequirementsProfile:Good knowledge of EnglishGood knowledge of MS Office tools Good knowledge of other applications related to marketing and communications (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express and Mailchimp) as a plusStrong writing and communication skillsEducation in Marketing, Communications or a related field“I can do” attitude Soft skills:CommunicationCreativityCritical thinkingDigital and data literacyFlexibilityLearning abilityPlanning and organisationProblem-solving skillsTeamwork and cooperationWe look forward to receiving your application!
