As the Marketing & Communications Manager, we rely on you to: Work on to deliver the hotel’s commercial marketing plan. Drive go-to-market activations and developing content to inspire and engage audiences. Oversee the communication strategy, activation, and on-property implementation. Spearhead short-term and long-term marketing solutions to maintain and drive market share, guest engagement, and brand loyalty that are aligned with the hotel’s commercial goals. Be responsible for the development and dissemination of key messaging across multiple channels, including emails, social media, websites, and tactical marketing collaterals. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has A degree in marketing, mass communication, or equivalent with a strong digital marketing knowledge and expertise. An experienced marketing leader with at least 3 years of luxury marketing experience. Experience in content marketing strategies and execution. Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and analytical skills. Strong planning, organization, and presentation skills. Strong project management, organization, and time management skills. Strong team player and highly driven for results. Good understanding of social trends and the local media landscape.
