We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead both internal and external communication strategies, enhance our employer brand, and drive marketing initiatives that engage audiences and support business growth. This role combines creative storytelling, strategic planning, and hands-on execution across a range of channels, with a strong focus on bringing ideas to life from concept to completion. You will be the go-to person for internal communication, and external marketing activities, managing everything from intranet updates and employee engagement to social media campaigns, website content and sales enablement materials.

RequirementsExternal Marketing & Content CreationPlan, create, and manage AI-assisted content that aligns with brand voice and business objectives across LinkedIn, website, email, and blog—aligned to funnel stagesProduce creative multimedia content including videos, podcasts, and infographics.

Use HubSpot for campaign automation, analytics, and lead nurturingCollaborate with the sales team to provide sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, and brochuresCampaign Management & AnalyticsYou will combine creative storytelling with data, automation, and AI-tooling to turn attention into meetings:

build interactive assets, orchestrate event communication, and scale what works across email, LinkedIn, search, and our websiteEnsure brand consistency across all touchpointsInternal CommunicationsManage internal communication channels (own intranet, newsletters, all hands communication calls) to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and inspiredCreate and curate internal content, such as success stories, leadership updates, and cultural initiativesHelp leadership team build personal brands on LinkedIn EssentialSkills & ExperienceProven experience in marketing and communicationsStrong copywriting, editing, and content creation skillsA strong affinity for UX and design — and applied psychology—would be an advantageProficiency with HubSpot, Canva, and NewslettertoolsExperience managing social media, focusing on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email marketing, and website contentExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently, take initiative, and bring ideas from concept to deliveryDesirableExperience with paid advertisingPreferably, you also have experience with Clay.
