You will plan and execute integrated marketing communications across channels, own client communication, and lead projects end-to-end. As a small team, you will operate with autonomy and clear accountability.In this role, you will be tasked withBrand strategy and campaign planningContent marketing across social, email, and webLiaising with clients and managing stakeholdersLeading projects and shoots, from brief to deliveryManaging creators, vendors, and freelancersMedia planning and basic ad ops (Meta/Google)Tracking performance and reporting insightsMaintaining brand guidelines and QA for all outputsOther tasks as neededQualificationsSkills:2–3 years’ of full time experience in marketing communications or digital marketingStrong copywriting and content production chops; portfolio requiredWorking knowledge of social platforms, email, and basic SEOComfortable with Meta/Google ads managers and analyticsBasic design literacy and CMS updatesProject management proficiency; hits deadlines and manages budgetsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentIntangibles:Ownership mindset and bias to actionClear, timely communicationReliability and follow-throughCuriosity and willingness to learnAmbition to build, not just maintainWhat to expect:Expected salary $4200(Before CPF)Probation 3 monthsWFH with occasionally outside team meetingPerformance BonusGrow with the company
