Our commitment to excellence earned recognition in HR Asia's Best Companies to Work for in Asia - organizations with outstanding cultures and high employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content.Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.Content Creation & Curation:Conceptualize, create, and publish original, high-quality, and engaging content (text, image, video, stories, Reels, TikTok videos) for all social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest).Write compelling copy that embodies the brand's voice and resonates with our target audience.Work with designers, videographers, and/or external agencies to produce stunning visual assets.Curate relevant user-generated content and industry news to supplement original content.Community Management & Engagement:Act as the first point of contact for our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and partners.Advertising & Growth:Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.Implement strategies to grow our organic follower base and increase engagement rates.Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.Monitor and report on social media metrics, providing regular insights to the team on performance, audience growth, and campaign results.Qualifications & Skills Required:3-5 years of proven experience.A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and excellent content creation skills.Expert knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube) and their best practices.Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.'(You would be notified if you are shortlisted.
