We believe in a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products, and fellow employees.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator is primarily focused on driving lead generation through online and offline channels, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects to support sales and marketing objectives. This role also contributes to market research, event coordination, and brand consistency, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.Some travel within the defined geography will be required, along with occasional international trips to support the needs of the American business.Primary Job FunctionsDevelop and nurture qualified inbound leads through online and offline channels, aligned with sales and marketing goals.Conduct basic research and outreach to generate new leads through CRM prospect lists, cold calls, and follow-up emails.Track and report on lead activity using the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and follow-through. Optimize lead flow and follow-up processes while monitoring and reporting Americas (AMS) lead activity in the CRM to improve conversion tracking.Conduct basic market research for the AMS region, compiling insights on competitors, pricing, market trends, and opportunities while supporting cold outreach to prospective customers and partners.Support small tradeshows and regional events by coordinating logistics, registration, vendor communication, collateral preparation, and on-site needs while ensuring consistent branding and effective lead capture.Maximize exposure from industry body memberships, sponsorships, and associations supported by TOMRA.Ensure consistent application of TOMRA Food brand guidelines across all marketing activities.Contribute creative ideas and messaging for technical marketing content related to products, solutions, and services.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment, preferably within a global organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building and nurturing relationships across internal teams and external partners.Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting key accounts.Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
