But what will my new role be?As our Performance Marketer, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end management of LinkedIn ad campaigns from strategy and audience targeting to creative execution and performance optimization.You’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing to generate high-quality leads, build brand awareness in the construction software space, and continuously refine campaigns to achieve measurable growth.Furthermore, your responsibilities will include: Campaign Strategy & Setup - Plan, build, and launch LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting decision-makers in the construction sector, aligned with lead generation and brand awareness goals. Audience Targeting & Optimization - Define and refine audience segments (job titles, industries, company sizes, regions) to maximize reach and relevance. Creative & Messaging Development - Collaborate with the Content Team to craft compelling ad copy, creatives, and offers tailored to the construction SaaS journey. Performance Analysis & Reporting - Monitor performance (CTR, CPL, conversion rates), run A/B tests, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign ROI. Budget Management & Scaling - Manage ad spend efficiently, ensure campaigns stay within budget, and identify opportunities to scale high-performing initiatives Sure, sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?You have 2–5 years of experience running LinkedIn campaigns in B2B contexts (ideally SaaS or technology).
