Acclime is a leading professional services firm providing integrated corporate services, fund administration, accounting, tax, and advisory solutions across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. With over 2,000 professionals operating as one unified firm across 18 markets. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to help us implement strategies, coordinate campaigns, conduct market research, analyse data, and assist with content creation to improve marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and with an excellent command of English. This role is best suited for someone self-motivated to collaborate and engage with multiple teams as well as give editorial input to optimise brand reputation and achieve company goals. Key responsibilities: Editorial Edit and proofread for grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, and tone (content & copy-editing). Help define editorial standards and ensure all content meets them, following brand guidelines. Provide constructive feedback on content to improve the quality of work. Restructure content as needed to enhance readability and flow and optimise content for SEO to increase traffic and conversions. Conduct thorough fact-checking and research to verify the accuracy of information. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content editing and writing. Strategy implementationAssist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Regularly discuss the marketing focus with Marketing Manager, local BD teams, and the leadership team. Campaign coordination Coordinate various aspects of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and tracking. Collaborate with service delivery experts in all markets to maintain a content pipeline. May assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, conferences, and trade. Data analysis Coordinate regular competitor analysis updates from local teams and analyses industry and market trends. Analyse data to track campaign performance, identifies areas for improvement, and informs future strategies – Data sources include Ahrefs, Google Analytics/Search Console and CRM. Audit on-page SEO. Content creation Assist in creating marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, and social media content. Maintain editorial calendars, content pipelines, and workflows as needed. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth content production and delivery. Assist with efficient collaboration processes among stakeholders, contributors and designers. Work with Marketing Manager to establish content priorities. Qualifications Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Proficiency level required) Excellent communication skills Experience creating and running marketing campaignsProficiency in using Office 365 softwareStrong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail Teachable and quick to learn Time-efficient and independent Corporate services industry experience not required but advantageous Working environment & personal development You will become a part of our growing international team and get a chance to work from our modern offices in True Digital Park in Bangkok.
