Architectural Resources Group (ARG) is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across all of our offices (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Portland, along with recent expansion to Denver).ARG is a dynamic and interdisciplinary firm of 50+ people who have a passion for historic places of all kinds, resulting in award-winning work that enhances and reinvigorates historic sites across the Pacific West.The ideal candidate will share this interest in the stories embedded in the built environment.The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to develop familiarity with the firm's mission, areas of expertise, portfolio of work and strategic goals.The successful candidate will work closely with current marketing team members who are located in Los Angeles and Portland.The new Marketing Coordinator will be self-motivated and may be located in any of our three offices.ARG offers an office-centric hybrid work environment with an option to work remotely up to two days a week.Working alongside architects, designers, historians, material conservators, and preservation planners in a collaborative environment provides for an array of creative interactions.Marketing responsibilities will revolve around:Leading qualification and proposal responses and their compilation by soliciting and coordinating information from internal staff, external consultants, and other team members for inclusion in proposal and presentation materialsWriting, editing, and proofreading qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submittalsMaintaining a schedule to identify and track deadlines for proposal pursuitsTracking industry leads for potential new workUpdating marketing collateral such as firm introduction, project sheets, and resumesContributing to development of website and social media contentParticipating in interview preparation including developing graphic presentationsIdentifying and implementing creative ways to enhance our marketing effortsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in marketing or in a similar position at an A/E/C firm OR Associate Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in marketing or in a position at an A/E/C firmProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesignExperience with a CRM databaseDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracyOutstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skillsGraphic design competency a plusTeam player with a supportive attitudeFlexibility and an ability to transition tasks with easeFounded 45 years ago, ARG is a nationally recognized full-service architecture, historic preservation, planning, and conservation firm.Our projects include adaptive reuse, rehabilitation, new construction in historic settings, historic resource management, planning, and materials conservation.ARG's projects span nearly all sectors, with award-winning work in hospitality, housing, parks, cultural institutions (museums, performing arts centers, and theaters), higher education, and civic institutions and entities.For more information about our firm's work and culture, please visit our website at .The anticipated salary range for this position is $75K-$90K, commensurate with experience and geographic location.ARG offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, 401k plan, PTO, and cell phone stipend.ARG is a majority women-owned business and equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.Please email a letter of interest and resume to ****** with "Marketing Coordinator" in the subject line.If selected to interview, be prepared to submit three professional references in advance.You must be a US citizen or hold a US work visa in order to apply.#J-*****-Ljbffr
