Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys a balanced marketing role — from designing collateral and supporting events, to helping execute campaigns and producing short-form video content. You’ll have variety in your work and a clear connection to business outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who takes direction and runs with it, brings fresh ideas to the table, and thrives in an ownership-driven environment where initiative is valued and celebrated. Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Collateral CreationDesign and update product brochures, case studies, sales one-sheets, digital ads, and email newslettersBuild and refine presentations for tradeshows, webinars, and customer engagementsProduce and edit short videos for product highlights, customer stories, and eventsCampaign & Sales EnablementSupport development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaignsAssist lead generation initiatives including list-building, outreach, and follow-upCollaborate with Sales to ensure accurate and up-to-date tools and materialsBrand & Web SupportMaintain brand and message consistency across marketing assetsMake light website updates as needed (content refreshes, event additions, product enhancements)Assist improvements to customer engagement and conversion pathsEvent & Tradeshow SupportCoordinate marketing deliverables and promotional materials for industry eventsAssist in planning and onsite presence at key tradeshows and conferencesAnalytics & OptimizationTrack campaign and content performance metricsProvide insights and recommendations to improve future outcomes Ideal QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1–3 years of marketing experience (preferably B2B or technology-focused)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Express)Able to take direction and run with it — strong initiative and follow-throughThrives in an ownership-driven environment and learns new tools quicklyExcellent organization and multitasking skillsWillingness to travel occasionally (~10%) Why You’ll Love Working at ColorIDYou’ll have the opportunity to shape how our brand shows up in the world and directly support exciting identity and security technologies.
