Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and development of our skincare brands (Embryolisse, Xhekpon, Timeless) in Japan.This role reports directly to our Brand Consultant and is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with opportunities to lead projects, take ownership of initiatives, and contribute directly to brand growth in a small, agile team.This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in executing marketing strategies and coordinating initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales, e-commerce, and external partners to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Market DevelopmentDevelop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen our brands' presence and competitiveness in Japan, including preparing the annual marketing and communication plan.Identify opportunities for growth and propose actionable initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales.Work closely with the Brand Consultant to plan initiatives, adjust strategies, and report on progress.Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.Prepare clear reports to support business decisions.Support the Brand Consultant in monitoring marketing spend and providing insights for strategy adjustments. Communication & Media CoordinationSupport planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions (social media, digital ads, online sales campaigns) in collaboration with e-commerce.Coordinate PR/communications activities as needed, including working with freelancers and agencies.Prepare press releases and track media coverage.Plan influencer and gifting initiatives.Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure a consistent brand image. Sales Support & Offline ToolsDevelop marketing and promotional materials, including in-store displays and special offers, to support offline sales efforts.Collaborate with the sales manager to identify in-store needs and provide practical solutions to boost visibility and sales. What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in marketing in the FMCG or luxury industry. Cosmetic industry is a plus.Strong communication skills in Japanese (native level or JLPT N1) and English (business level); Chinese is a plus as you will be collaborating with the Taiwanese team.A proactive and independent mindset; enjoys challenges.Able to work autonomously and solve problems independently.What We OfferThe opportunity to work with international skincare brands.A small, dynamic, and collaborative team where you can make a real impact.Real responsibility and ownership over key projects.A hybrid work environment (up to twice a week remote work)
