About the Job:We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate team in an international role. You will lead and coordinate marketing and communication initiatives across multiple business units and countries, ensuring consistent brand presence and alignment with corporate objectives.This role requires close collaboration with Operations, Commercial, HR, HSE, and Executive Leadership to strengthen our value proposition and promote our culture and purpose globally. You will be responsible for developing campaigns, producing marketing materials, managing digital platforms, supporting events, and maintaining brand identity across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, proactive, and results-driven professional looking to expand their impact in a dynamic and growing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with corporate objectives and brand strategy across multiple countries.Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels and materials.Develop and coordinate content for social media, email marketing, blog articles, corporate presentations, internal communication, and website updates.Manage and enhance the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising.Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, HR, HSE, Commercial, Finance) and external agencies or partners to develop promotional materials, sales tools, and communication assets.Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships and client engagement activities.Lead internal communication initiatives promoting employee engagement, corporate culture, safety awareness, and organizational alignment.Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and brand impact.Maintain marketing databases and performance dashboards.Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual marketing budget.Stay informed on market trends, industry practices, competitive positioning, and emerging tools to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role (experience in industrial, mining, construction, or B2B environments is an asset).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Solid understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and social media scheduling/analytics tools.Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.Ability to collaborate across countries and time zones, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
