We run on curiosity, collaboration, and results.🎯 What You’ll Be DoingThis is not a typical marketing coordinator role. You will not just manage tasks or track deadlines. You will be the link between strategy and creative execution, connecting data with direction.You will:• Work with the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer to analyze performance data and shape creative strategy.• Review KPI dashboards weekly to spot trends and opportunities.• Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and operations to align creative and performance.• Manage 25 to 30 creative batches per week in Asana, ensuring each brief is strategic, clear, and on time.You do not need to be a designer or copywriter, but you should understand both enough to guide them. You will use ChatGPT for brainstorming, Canva for mockups when needed, and your marketing instincts to keep creative ideas connected to data.🧩 What We’re Looking For• Two to four years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or creative strategy.• Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics like CPL, CTR, and conversions.• Equal parts analytical and creative. You enjoy both data and ideation.• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance your work.• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.• Fully dedicated to Pancham with no competing projects.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across regions.To confirm you read this, you will answer one question in the application.
