Job Description: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels to promote our products and services.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audiences in the UAE market.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and content.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.Assist with content creation for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.Help manage advertising budgets and track performance metrics for various campaigns.Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.Coordinate events, promotions, and other brand-building activities to enhance customer engagement.Assist with the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports.Requirements:Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on Retail.Strong knowledge of the UAE market dynamics and consumer behavior.Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Creative thinking and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Experience working with international or diverse teams.Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
