Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator, is responsible for the creation, scheduling and posting of online content across TOMRA Social Media channels.The Main Duties Of This Role May IncludeAssisting with the promotion of new and under-performing TOMRA return points, including marketing signage, local area activations & campaigns, local awareness and all related consumer communication.Supporting the Brand Activations and Design Manager with the planning, development, execution, and reporting process for all local area marketing activities.Create compelling copy for brochures/print marketing collateral & website content.The coordination of design, print and installation of site signage. Maintaining on-going relationships with external agencies and key external stakeholders. Liaising with TOMRA field & depot teams to ensure marketing compliance. Collaboration with stakeholders and the Marketing Director to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval to all material by the scheme coordinator. Oversee the end-to-end Social Media marketing process. Including, creating posting schedule, creating content, posting to all TOMRA social media channels and arranging paid ads. This position is a fixed-term (12-month) contract. QualificationsWhat makes a great Marketing Coordinator at TOMRA:Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience in consumer B2C marketingExperience in executing social media strategy and postsExperience in local area marketing channels & techniquesStrong evaluation and reporting skillsA genuine, unmistakable passion for the environment and sustainabilityAbility to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and manage constantly changing priorities on a daily basisOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management skillsA positive and collaborative team playerA valid drivers license and access to own vehicleAdditional InformationDoes this sound like you?!
