We’re passionate about making the pharmacy experience as easy and convenient as possible for our B2C customers across the UK.About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and bright B2C Marketing Copywriter (Content) to join our central London office team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised and driven.This is a great opportunity to embark on a rewarding career within a dynamic, rapidly growing company. You will be involved in exciting activities and responsibilities from day one, working as a core part of the Digital Marketing Team.Key responsibilitiesCreate and assist with the delivery of compelling B2C-focused content across a range of digital marketing channels, adhering to the Pharmica brand tone of voice.Produce innovative, informative, compelling and grammatically accurate copy for the Pharmica website, Health Hub and email newsletter.Be comfortable assisting with and contributing to the creation of a range of different content types to be used by the digital marketing team across different B2C marketing channels (including but not limited to web copy, social media copy, email copy, blogs/articles, infographics, video and images).Make data-driven decisions to guide the writing of content to optimise and maximise B2C advertising results.Be able to present copy in its ‘final form’, after carrying out thorough checks for spelling and grammar, ensuring originality as well as the accurate emulation of the Pharmica brand tone of voice.Plan, develop and implement PR strategies (e.g. press releases, journalist outreach efforts, managing publisher relationships) to generate brand awareness, acquire backlinks and improve search visibility.Key skillsHave an exceptionally high standard of English and grammar. You are passionate about attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards throughout your work.Have an excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO practices.Understand core B2C marketing and business concepts that underpin the purpose of publishing content to maximise organic search performance.Be passionate about and interested in taking ownership of the copywriting process.Understand basic UX copywriting principles, such as how website copy would appear on multiple devices.Be able to articulate and write content quickly and to the highest quality.Be willing to remain productive and work at a pace - proactivity is essential.Remain highly organised and be comfortable using task management tools to plan the creation and delivery of content effectively.Have a deep understanding of the brand tone of voice and brand image.Have a strong understanding of B2C social media, content and digital marketing trends.Be a team player who is confident and articulate when communicating ideas to the digital marketing team.Display a genuine passion for learning and developing in the role to add value to the business.Desirable but not essentialExperience writing or creating health and well-being or pharmaceutical-related content.Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per yearFurther information about the roleBenefitsCentral London (WC1X) office with spectacular views of the city and within walking distance from various underground and train stations such as Russell Square, Chancery Lane, King’s Cross and FarringdonFun and friendly office environment (table football, fruit bowls, cakes and snacks, drinks fridge, etc.)Regular socialsExcellent career progression opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:London WC1X 8HB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education:Bachelor's (required)Experience:Digital marketing: 2 years (required)Content Writing: 2 years (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: In person
