As our Marketing & Creative Content Executive, you’ll bring together strategy, storytelling, and design to make GUNG’s voice and visuals shine across every platform.You’ll work closely with the founder and marketing team to craft content that’s not just scroll-worthy but soul-worthy.Job responsibilitiesContent Strategy & ExecutionPlan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and our website — aligned with GUNG’s brand tone, visuals, and marketing goals.Manage the content calendar to align launches, festive campaigns, and brand milestones with timely, community-driven storytelling.Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, launches, and festive moments.Design social and marketing materials (social posts, newsletters, event visuals, etc.) using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.Work with the founder to translate brand narratives into strong visual storytelling that connects emotionally with our audience.Analyse and report on content performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion rates.Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and competitor content strategies to continuously improve content relevance and performance. Campaign & Community EngagementSupport broader marketing activities, including email marketing, campaign launches, and in-store content planning.Participate in community-building efforts including influencer collaborations, customer engagement activities, and event support to deepen brand connection.Capture live moments and behind-the-scenes content during campaigns and events to create authentic, community-focused content.Requirements A degree or background in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Interactive Media, or any related creative/content-driven field.A background in Marketing, Creative Design, Fashion Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields1–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media, preferably within fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brands but we’re open to candidates with strong portfolios from other industries too.Strong creative instincts — you can think visually and communicate stories through both words and design.Confident in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook including visuals, captions, and short-form videos.Proficient in Canva and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).Comfortable analyzing insights and making data-informed creative decisions.Experience supporting or promoting online and offline campaigns, pop-up events, or seasonal promotions is a bonus.Organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with the founder in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where ideas turn into action quickly.Must be based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor and available to work onsite.Weekend Availability: Must be open to working on weekends for pop-ups or photoshoots when required (compensated through OT payment or replacement leave).
