About the RoleAt True Digital Academy (TDA), we’re transforming how people and organizations learn — making People and Workforce Transformation more human, inspiring, and relevant to today’s world.We’re looking for a Marketing Creative Executive – the ideal candidate will be able to think beyond posts and pixels. You’ll create stories, campaigns, and content formats that inspire curiosity, spark emotion, and bring the TDA brand to life.This is a role for a new-generation creative who loves ideas, understands people, and knows how to turn insights about work, learning, and culture into content that resonates. You’ll work on social media storytelling, content series, and branded shows or formats, while also having room to explore your own creative projects within TDA.Key Responsibilities1. Creative & Concept DevelopmentDevelop ideas and creative concepts for social media content, campaigns, and short-form shows or video formats that make learning exciting and relatable.Turn insights from people, HR, and business culture into creative narratives that connect emotionally with audiences.Contribute ideas for brand storytelling, new series formats, or campaigns that build TDA’s presence as a thought leader in People Transformation.2. Content Ideation & ProductionWork with the marketing, production, and design teams to turn creative ideas into real content from concept notes and scripts to visual direction.Assist in planning and producing video content, short reels, or storytelling pieces for TDA’s owned channels.Collaborate with stakeholders and all partners to develop content that’s engaging, insightful, and trend-aware.3. Social Media & Creative CommunicationCreate and propose creative messaging that makes complex topics like AI, digital skills, or lifelong learning feel simple and exciting.Stay on top of social trends and cultural moments and bring fresh, timely ideas that fit TDA’s brand personality.Develop ideas for social campaigns or mini-activations that drive brand engagement and awareness.4. Exploration & Side ProjectsParticipate in internal creative or pilot projects (e.g., short video series, event storytelling, community content).Suggest new ways to communicate learning and transformation through visuals, motion, or experiential formats.Use part of your time for creative exploration – researching, prototyping, or experimenting with new storytelling ideas that could evolve into future campaigns.Who You AreA curious and creative thinker who loves ideas and stories that move people.You understand what makes professionals, learners, and HR audiences tick and can turn those insights into relevant, exciting content.You’re as comfortable thinking about strategy and audience as you are about creative execution.You love learning, experimenting, and collaborating with different teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Design, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.2–5 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills – able to connect ideas with audience insight.Experience (or strong interest) in content creation, video production, and storytelling.Familiarity with social media trends, culture, and creative platforms.Basic design or editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Figma).
